Competitive Intelligence Value Proposition
Timely. Accurate. Relevant
Value Proposition: The unmanned systems market is highly competitive. Competitive Intelligence (CI) increases success immediately through market awareness and over the longer term improves focus on strategic direction. In addition to CI support, Brandon can also serve in other roles including intelligence collection, business development, and marketing.
The Challenge: Numerous nodes generate large quantities of data – Field Representatives, Technicians, Business Development Executives (BD), Trade Shows, Customers, with open and subscription media are all constantly producing data points that affect your business. The sheer volume can be overwhelming, resulting in uncaptured insights.
What ESC can do: Competitive Intel serves as a focal point for information collection and analysis on markets, competitors, customers and technology. A CI analyst works with executives and cross-functional teams to develop information requirements, collect, and exploit data. As data is refined up the intelligence pyramid, assessments become more predictive, leading the client to pre-position for success in the market.
Competitive Intelligence continuously supports the full range of business, from tactical opportunities, specific customer/market campaigns and long-term strategy.
